Foreva Farmers is one of the fastest-growing drinks businesses in the UK.



We launched six months ago and our premium tonics and mixers are now stocked in leading retailers, delis, bars, and soon national retailers. Revenue has quadrupled month-on-month, driven by strong product-market fit and operational discipline.

The Role



We're looking for a smart, ambitious, and commercially minded individual

to lead digital growth, brand development, and community engagement. This is a high-autonomy role with broad responsibility across content, social media, paid performance, D2C and e-commerce, CRM, partnerships, events, and retail marketing support.

You'll report directly to the Founder and work alongside our incoming Sales Lead. While we work with external agencies for performance, web, and email, you'll lead strategy, execution oversight, and ensure consistent brand and commercial impact.

You'll also play a key role in building community within the drinks and farming industries, helping position Foreva Farmers as a serious, credible brand with long-term relevance and purpose.

Team Structure



Reports directly to the Founder Works closely with the Sales Lead Manages and coordinates external agencies (paid media, e-commerce, email) Has the opportunity to build and lead a future team.

Key Responsibilities



1. Content & Social Media



Plan, create, and publish short and long-form content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Meta (video equipment provided). Our farm is a goldmine for content, and it will be your responsibility to leverage this as much as possible. There will be no idea we will say no to as long as you can execute on it. Manage the social calendar and community engagement. Track and optimise performance using platform insights
2. Paid Media (with agency support)

Define paid strategy and lead agency briefings. You will need to keep on top of the agencies we work with to get as much out of them as possible. Guide creative testing and campaign optimisation Monitor budgets and performance across Meta, Google, and relentlessly optimise.
3. D2C & E-commerce (with agency support)

Set performance KPIs for WooCommerce and Klaviyo Collaborate on CRO, retention, AOV improvements, and UX Continuously improve the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
4. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

Build and optimise flows, automations, and campaigns. Segment audiences to improve engagement, repeat purchases, and LTV Lead reporting and insight generation for email performance
5. Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

Develop and manage strategic partnerships and campaigns Execute collaborations, giveaways, and activations Identify cross-promotional opportunities that align with our values
6. Community Building

Build presence across the farming, drinks, and sustainability sectors. Lead outreach and storytelling efforts to build long-term industry credibility.
7. Insights & Reporting (with agency support)

Set up lean, regular reporting across paid, email, social, and D2C. Share data-informed performance updates and strategic recommendations.

Strong content creation skills (video editing, Canva, Adobe, or similar) 2-4+ years in a marketing, e-commerce, or growth role (FMCG, food & drink preferred) Proven experience growing D2C revenue and managing digital channels Experience using Klaviyo for CRM, lifecycle, and email performance Clear understanding of performance marketing, funnel strategy, and analytics Able to lead agency relationships and uphold high execution standards Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment Strategic mindset with commercial focus and creative intuition

Growth in D2C revenue, conversion rate, and repeat purchase rate Effective and efficient paid campaign performance High engagement and consistent presence across social channels CRM-led improvements in retention and LTV Quality trade marketing support for field sales Growing brand visibility within key industry communities

Foreva Farmers is well-capitalised, with over five years of runway. We've built the full operational infrastructure -- from farm to canning to logistics -- and early traction is strong. Our focus now is on building brand, scaling performance, and expanding our market presence.

Role Type



This is a full-time

role with clear potential for growth into a senior position. We're looking for someone ready to take ownership and play a central role in shaping the future of the business.

Nb: We have a strong preference for candidates based in or near Herefordshire, as in-person collaboration is valuable at this stage. That said, we're open to flexible working arrangements for exceptional talent and are happy to discuss options

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
