Marketing Communications Manager

• Develop Strategies: Create and deliver effective communication plans and campaigns to support organisational goals.
• Content Creation: Oversee high-quality publications, including quarterly magazines, newsletters, and digital content.
• Build Relationships: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to drive impactful messaging.
• Digital and Print Media: Manage both print and digital content production, working with design and editorial teams.
• Media Management: Handle media enquiries, liaise with PR agencies, and support proactive news stories.
• Brand Oversight: Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and standards.

We're looking for a skilled communicator with the following:Essential:

• A recognised qualification or proven success in communications or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Hands-on digital marketing and content creation experience.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with internal communications practices, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector.
• Knowledge of youth organisations or the Armed Forces.
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools, such as Photoshop.
