Group Marketing Communications Advisor

Maternity cover - 12-month Fixed Term \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time \xe2\x80\x93 Remote

Role Criteria:

• Supporting our Internal Communications approach/plans through creating and publishing effective campaigns, blogs and content for on and offline platforms
• Coordinate all Connect (Intranet) activity, ensuing it is always up to date and easily accessible
• Providing monthly reporting on Connect activity
• Managing and updating internal communications activity calendar
• Supporting with the delivery and administration of internal and external company events
• Supporting Social Media management and online customer complaints
• Manage the communications team inbox
• Supporting the delivery of graphic design, photography and video content
• Assisting with the administration of events
• Assisting with the general administration for the department
• Supporting website management
• Working with our operations network, across the business, to identify news stories

What you need to have:

• Ideally educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Knowledge and understanding of internal communications theory and practice.
• Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to influence.
• Good writing skills, with the ability to adapt style for a range of audiences and channels.
• Creativity and able to generate ideas for copy, design and campaigns.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to juggle priorities
