Our team is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative professional to join our team as a Marketing/Communications Assistant. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be the person who is responsible for administering the smooth running of the monthly internal communications calendar and supporting external communications.



Working across our team of office, operatives and field-based staff you will support the objective of creating clarity across our communication channels.
As a Marketing Assistant, your role will be vital in facilitating effective communication within our organisation. You will have the opportunity to contribute to both internal and external communications, ensuring that our messages are clear, consistent, and engaging.




RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver our internal communication plan bringing your own ideas forward to meet KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Working closely with colleagues to create a bi-monthly company newsletter \xe2\x80\x98On the Record\xe2\x80\x99
  • Keeping our internal website \xe2\x80\x98Circle\xe2\x80\x99 up to date with news from around the business
  • Delivering regular communications for all staff through a range of channels, ensuring ease of access, clarity and consistency
  • Engage internal stakeholders supporting the cascade of information
  • To prepare monthly analysis and reporting
  • Supporting the team with external communications and research Managing the scheduling for our external social media channels




ABOUT YOU
  • Able to manage time effectively and to prioritise actions
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
  • BA/BS in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop Strong attention to detail



We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums.

Our customers depend on us to manage their historical archives, and our team is proud to support them with their document management needs. From museums to the NHS, from the Ministry of Defence to Legal firms.
