Winners Recruitment are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious private estate, near Lostwithiel, as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in promoting the estate and ensuring effective communication with esteemed clientele.
Working with the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and managing marketing activities across multiple channels to promote the hospitality side of the business with the aim to increase awareness and ultimately increase the rate of occupancy. This includes Weddings, Holiday lettings, Retreats & Events.
Your Responsibilities
- Development of a yearly marketing plan to bring to life the sales and marketing strategy to deliver business ambition and goals
- Social media planning and management across IG, FB, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Ongoing community management (social media)
- Content development for digital channels, including managing photo shoots, writing press releases, writing content and blogs for website, client newsletters
- Distribution of press releases to media every two months and working with the Sales Manager to develop relationships with journalists
- Writing monthly newsletter for the estate - content provided by estate team
- Identify business opportunities through new partnerships to build the customer database, splitting databases where necessary
- Relationship building with suppliers and online listing providers like Coco Weddings and updating online platforms
- Monthly reporting on agreed KPIs, website traffic (Google analytics, SEO), bookings / occupancy rate etc.
- Answering customer reviews on trip advisor and google plus
- Management and tracking of marketing budget and reporting to the Sales Manager/Finance Director monthly
- Keeping up to date with wedding industry news
- Liaising with outside suppliers on SEO etc
- Press enquiries
- Brand Ambassador for the business
Experience Required
- 4 years\' experience in managing social media channels, content development, email marketing etc.
- Knowledge on utilising Google analytics and SEO.
- PR knowledge
Key Skills
- Knowledge of Word Press, Canva, Mail Chimp and scheduling social media posts
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing and communication plans
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
- Excellent numeracy and financial skills
- Excellent attention to detail, high standards and ability to meet deadlines
- Smart personal presentation with a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently and offer sound marketing advice

Package
- Renumeration package of \xc2\xa332,000 - \xc2\xa336,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Part time position available with remuneration pro rata
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
- One fitness session a week with the team
- Office based position
- Hours - 40 hours per week with overtime if required
- Working one weekend per month
- Lunch Break - 1 hour
