About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is an amazing opportunity to join a thriving business. We are looking for a proactive, organised and creative Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a broad marketing background who is ready to take ownership of integrated campaigns from idea to execution. You will play a key role in shaping campaign direction, managing resources, setting goals and ensuring timely, effective delivery. This role is ideal for someone who may not have held a formal campaign management title before, but who has demonstrable experience across key marketing functions, particularly copywriting, social media, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Project manage and own marketing campaigns end-to-end - from initial concept through to execution and performance analysis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead on setting campaign objectives, KPIs, timelines and budgets.
Manage resources and coordinate the delivery of campaign assets, ensuring projects remain on track and on brand.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Actively contribute to idea generation and campaign development.
Bring a fresh perspective to the team - introducing new tools, processes, or approaches to enhance our campaigns.
Support across the wider marketing mix where needed - including content creation, social media, email marketing and events

Key Skills & Requirements
Essential
Solid marketing experience across multiple channels - particularly in
copywriting, social media, and reporting.
Experience working within a multi-skilled marketing team.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Comfortable using marketing tools (e.g. CMS, social scheduling, analytics platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
Previous experience managing or contributing to full campaigns.
Familiarity with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Experience introducing or refining marketing processes.
