AIM

To support the delivery of and execution of marketing campaigns. Collaborate and work closely with global and cross-functional teams, maximise the brand expertise with the business. Create compelling design and copy for our brands, digital and print. Manage the running of brand social media accounts. Maintain brand guidelines, assets, identity, and policies to ensure content is visually and verbally consistent and engaging, across all brand channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key duties of the role are as follows:-

Work alongside the WRA Marketing Manager whilst collaborating closely with Gougeon Brothers in the USA to ensure cohesive and impactful content across US & EMEA markets, supporting global marketing objectives. To plan and coordinate marketing activities that promote our brands, products and services across all platforms. This includes websites, social media, online customer engagement, informative and inspirational content and the management of digital assets including high-quality photography and videography. Align at all times with the WRA Marketing Manager and with Gougeon Brothers Inc.'s brand guidelines and the overall marketing plan. Ensure proper usage of corporate trademarks, logos, and intellectual property across all marketing channels. Support the production of high-quality content (both digital and print) to support key stakeholders, including but not limited to press releases, articles, advertising, website content, brochures, and presentations. Responsible for creating compelling content, engaging with our online community and celebrating customer success stories. Working closely and aligned with the WRA Marketing Manager for approval and guidance.

KEY SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

Key skills and attributes we are after for a successful candidate for the role include:

Experience Gained So Far:

Proven copywriting and creative writing skills. Proficient in social media management. Experience in creating and editing photo and video content. Experience in working in a fast paced environment.
Competence using the following packages/systems:

Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop etc) Social Media Management (Sprout Social)
Remuneration package subject to experience.

Job Type: Part Time (Reduced Working Week)

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year (Pro-Rata)
