Marketing Associate Job Title Marketing Associate Accountable to Head of Marketing & Communications Qualifications/Experience University degree in business administration or equivalent Hours Full Time, 37.50 hours per week Job Purpose/Overview; To plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple media channels ensuring the commercial goals in the annual business plan are supported. Key Responsibilities;

• Campaign planning: Collaborate with the clinic GM, marketing team, medical professionals and other relevant stakeholders to develop a marketing campaigns and events plan and after approval, manage its execution. Timeline and execution: Create and manage campaign and event timelines to ensure that all elements are executed on schedule, monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary. Content creation: Create engaging and informative content of marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, including posts, images, videos and infographics, that educates, informs and entertains the company audience while adhering to healthcare regulations and privacy laws. Creative design: Work with designers and content creators to develop eye-catching and engaging campaign materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. CRM: responsible for the local optimisation of lead and patient communication within the CRM system. Creating communication workflows and content, evaluating performance and collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless patient journey. Campaign performance: Assess the impact of campaigns by tracking KPIs, including patient acquisition rates, appointment bookings, website traffic and social media engagement. Reporting: Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and campaign refinement. Social Media Management: Engage with our community on social media for the purpose of promoting our brand values, delivering social media growth and encouraging lead generation.
