Hoe Bridge is a thriving independent school for girls and boys aged 2 to 16, and we are currently seeking to appoint a Marketing Assistant.


It is an exciting time to join the Hoe Bridge Marketing Team as we launch our new Senior School in September 2025. We are looking for a digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to help drive our social media and digital channels. No two days are ever the same, so if you enjoy variety and the opportunity to work across a full range of marketing activities in a fast-paced environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.


To excel in this role, you will need a varied skill set encompassing administrative, communication, and marketing expertise. A genuine interest in understanding how successful marketing campaigns work is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.


We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Strong organisational abilities are also key, enabling you to manage several projects at once. A passion for social media and a flair for suggesting creative ideas are highly desirable. You must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, along with experience using content management systems, are essential requirements for this role.
