We're looking for someone hungry to learn, ready to roll up their sleeves, and excited to grow. No experience required... You'll get hands-on training and daily support as you jump headfirst into the fast-moving world of email marketing. It's an office-based position working full-time, Monday-Friday with our friendly team in Winsford.

The Role:

This is your fast-track into marketing. You'll become an integral part of our email marketing team, working on campaigns that reach over 200,000 people every day. You'll also sit in on marketing strategy meetings with senior leadership, gaining insights and experience that fast-track your professional development.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and schedule up to 20 engaging marketing emails daily Proofreading content Checking prices Adding links (we'll train you!) Making sure every email lands at the right time, to the right people Plan and schedule weekend emails before the Friday cut-off Work to tight daily deadlines and help keep everything running like clockwork Log and track email performance data (accuracy is key - no experience needed) Join strategic meetings with senior managers and creatives Support the email team by making sure everything goes out exactly as planned Become a Klaviyo pro - we'll teach you everything you need to know

What We're Looking For:

A go-getter with the right mindset: enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to learn No previous marketing experience required - we'll provide full training Meticulous attention to detail - you'll be the last line of deffence before emails go live Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Eager to grow, improve, and make an impact from day one Able to work full-time from our Winsford-based marketing office, Monday to Friday
