As Marketing Assistant, you will

:





Campaign Support & Coordination - Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance awareness, engagement, and support for PDSA. Supplier & Freelancer Coordination - Ensure external freelancers and suppliers receive detailed campaign requirements that align with marketing objectives. Content Creation & Editing - Support the development of marketing content, including proofreading and editing materials for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Brand & Messaging Consistency - Work with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with PDSA's brand identity and messaging. Campaign Performance Tracking - Help monitor and report on key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. Administrative Support - Handle essential administrative tasks related to marketing projects, ensuring smooth operations within the marketing team.


We're seeking someone with:





Strong Attention to Detail - Ability to ensure accuracy in content, branding, and campaign execution. Excellent Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation, collaboration, and coordination. Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge - Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and online research. Organisational & Time Management Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Collaboration & Teamwork - Experience working with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution. Marketing Tools & Software (Desirable) - Awareness of CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), or analytics platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
