As our new Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key supporting role in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. From brainstorming creative campaign ideas to analyzing performance metrics, this is a hands-on opportunity to grow your marketing career while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the creation, scheduling, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns Assisting with sales materials, presentations, and lead generation activities Conducting market research and competitor analysis Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met Tracking and reporting on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media insights Helping write and proof engaging content for emails, ads, blogs, and social media Staying up to date on trends across industries to bring fresh ideas to the table
What We're Looking For

A passion for marketing, communications, or sales (a relevant degree or experience is a plus!) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with great attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities A collaborative spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude Familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a bonus
