Your Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to support the development and execution of engaging campaigns. Your work will have a direct impact on both our clients' success and our team's growth, so you'll be at the heart of everything we do!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to client needs and objectives. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, translating them into creative marketing strategies. Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our campaigns are fresh and relevant. Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insightful feedback for optimization. Manage project timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with various teams, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining databases.

What You Bring to the Table:

A passion for marketing, sales, and creativity. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once. A keen eye for detail and organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM). A proactive attitude, eager to contribute ideas and learn. Previous marketing or sales experience is a plus but not required.
