Innovatus Media is a media agency for the technology industry. We host and execute a variety of live events for the world's leading technology and business executives. We have two headquarters, one in Exeter (UK), and the other in Sydney. With headquarters in London and Sydney, we acknowledge our Sydney office operates on Gadigal Land, respecting the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation.
We are on the look-out for casual Marketing Assistants to assist our experienced team in the executing of our technology events. This entry level role will enable you to gain more experience within a commercial operation, as well as build soft-skills that may compliment the education journey you may be on within the fields of technology and marketing.
Collectively the team has over 50+ years in marketing, this is a great opportunity to learn and build up your knowledge of B2B marketing.

Although the role does not require experience, the right applicants might have:
A strong and demonstrated work ethic.
A desire to forge a professional career within marketing or technology,
Be undertaking or intending to embark on a marketing or technology accrediation at University or other.
The ability to work remotely with a global team (your colleagues will be in Australia, Singapore, and the UK)
Be willing to step outside of their comfort zone and start from the ground up.
Be task orientated, organised, and collaborative with your colleagues.
Have a strong skill-set in XLS and G-Suite (Gmail).
Some of the tasks included in this role will include:
Speaking with out event attendees over the phone to confirm details of attendance.
Connecting 1-to-1 over email and other channels to promote the content around our event series.
Working alongside the editorial team in areas of marketing automation, personalisation, analytics and content.

This role is a casual role however we do ask for a minimum of 20 hours a week upon application. Due to the nature of this role, this will be an office based opportunity.
