Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.) Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials Manage social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and timely Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement Support the team in organizing events, promotions, and product launches Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

What We're Looking For:

A passion for marketing and a keen interest in the digital landscape Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

Experience with marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.) Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) A background in marketing, communications, or a related field
