We're looking for a creative marketing specialist with the flair to attract first-rate police officers and staff to help us protect the communities of Nottinghamshire.





You'll be a compelling storyteller with a talent for making a difference by spotting opportunities to let people shine. You will work within our wider communications team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as we engage with audiences through a variety of channels.

This role plays a key part in helping us to achieve this by devising and running creative campaigns to attract talented people who will uphold the values and behaviours we expect of everyone at Nottinghamshire Police.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced, passionate and energetic marketing professional who can make a difference to our force's recruitment and retention of police officers and police staff.





This opportunity will allow you to bring creativity, flair and innovation to the role as you work with our campaigns and marketing manager to achieve positive outcomes.
