We are looking to appoint a full-time Marketing and PR Executive to join our small but busy and award-winning marketing department. As an integral member of the marketing team, the post holder will be responsible for writing and creating content for the website, social media, other externally facing channels and publications, and for managing media relations and news stories. The successful candidate must therefore have excellent writing skills and experience of writing content, preferably in a professional capacity.
You must hold a degree-level qualification in a related or essay-based subject. Being creative and passionate about creating compelling content is essential for this role. The successful candidate will need to be a confident and effective communicator and ideally have a proven track record of success in developing strong relations with the media and/or other external stakeholders.
You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A flexible and professional approach to work, excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented nature are key to being successful in this role.
