As a Marketing and PR Associate, you will support the execution of Clarke Energy's internal and external marketing strategies, assisting in the development of content and multi-channel campaigns that promote our core business and innovative energy solutions such as hydrogen, biogas upgrading, carbon capture and conversion, and microgrids. This role is ideal for an individual eager to gain experience in content creation, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing while contributing to a fast-paced and evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Campaign Support
Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials, including case studies, press releases, social media content, and website updates.
Support conducting research and gather insights to develop engaging and technically accurate content.
Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
Assist in proofreading and editing marketing materials to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Communications
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, service and HR departments, to collect and develop project success stories and industry insights.
Provide support in internal marketing efforts, including the development of internal newsletters and communications.
Assist in global rebranding initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Assist in managing social media channels, ensuring regular updates and engagement with key stakeholders.
Support the distribution of press releases, articles, and marketing materials to targeted industry publications.
Monitor content performance metrics, gathering insights to improve engagement and visibility.
Multimedia & Digital Content Support
Coordinate multimedia content (videos, graphics, presentations) for and manage digital assets for organisation, accessibility, and consistency
Work with external vendors and internal teams to develop visually compelling marketing materials
Assist in the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic messaging reaches the right audiences.
Technical / Professional Knowledge and Skills
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in energy, engineering, or a technical field.
Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to translate complex information into engaging narratives.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
Basic knowledge of multimedia production (graphics, video, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience
Degree educated with experience in marketing and PR, preferably engineering / scientific background with appetite to develop other skills
