Job Description

Do you want to play a key role in delivering our marketing, communications and engagement strategy?


In this newly created role, you will support a wide range of activities across both internal and external customers, stakeholders and the broader public.





Your key responsibilties will include



Supporting the Communications and Marketing Lead to deliver the organisation's marketing, communications and engagement strategy. Create engaging content for a variety of internal and external communications, including our intranet, email campaigns, website, social and digital channels, print, and blog. Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to increase engagement and develop content for the regular programme of internal and external communications. Support key communication projects and change initiatives. Help to build and maintain a content calendar that supports the delivery of multiple streams of content and events across all channels and audiences. Assist with the planning, promotion, and delivery of events including the quarterly Managers Conference, Annual Awards Event, colleague engagement activities, Big Thank You Day, and additional external events. Maintain consistency with brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all communications, following our brand guidelines and ensure Bright Future's values and behaviours are embedded to bring them to life. Create and manage engaging content across various media platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, to support communication goals. Undertake any other marketing or communications-related duties that support the success of the Development Team and the organisation's wider goals.


You will be;


Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline including Marketing, Communications, Advertising. 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing/communications role. Experience in managing social media and creating content for different platforms. Competent in using digital tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar. Proactively seeks information from a wide variety of teams to increase clarity, build new insights and recognise opportunities. Experience with using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems is preferred but not essential.
