Employment: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 37 hours per week - will consider part-time/job share Location: Hybrid - Maid Marian Way/Home Salary: \xc2\xa323,750 - \xc2\xa326,500 pro rata for part time (Grade 4) Closing Date: 29th November 2023 What are we looking for? As a Marketing and Communications Executive at Futures, you\'ll be working with our Skills team promoting training courses for unemployed adults. We\'re all about teamwork and thinking outside the box. You\'ll be collaborating with the crew to come up with fresh communication strategies. So, if you\'re ready to blend your marketing, design, and photography talents to help us shine online, this role is calling your name! You\'ll be the driving force behind our online presence, creating catchy digital ads that get people talking about us. Plus, your design skills will shine as you jazz up our social media posts and emails with eye-catching visuals. And guess what? We\'re not done yet! You\'ll also be our photography guru, capturing and sprucing up cool pictures for our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will:

  • Have a relevant qualification to at least level 4, or experience in digital media, digital marketing or other relevant area.
  • Able to source and manage content across different platforms
  • Experience of using digital media to increase customer engagement
  • Familiar with digital marketing approaches across multiple channels: digital advertising, social media
  • Is inquisitive in nature, with the ability to seek and extract key information quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills including a clear writing style
  • A good eye for detail and design
