We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Marketing and Communications Executive to support various activities in the Marketing & Communications Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing quality content, managing report editing/design, maintaining the website, and crafting compelling digital content.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing?

• Ensuring a seamless publication process for resources, including proofreading and editing documents, briefing designers, and coordinating with the Research team for amendments.
• Maintaining and optimizing the website, creating new pages, updating content, and ensuring navigation and links are accurate.
• Crafting engaging content for the website and social media channels, such as blogs, social posts, articles, presentations, and email sequences.
• Collaborating on monthly electronic newsletters, creating content, and utilizing newsletter software.
• Contributing to the development of online resources and projects, such as scriptwriting for videos and podcast briefs.
• Creating marketing materials, including flyers, reports, and icons.
• Assisting the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager in content development for major campaigns.
• Maintaining the CRM contact database and ensuring data accuracy for mailing lists.
• Supporting the Membership team as needed.

Experience Required?

• Marketing or communications qualification, and/or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Degree-level education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems, web management, and email marketing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word.
• Experience collaborating with teams and individuals for effective communication.
• Good understanding of plain English.
• Experience working on video and podcast content.
• Previous experience using CRM tools.
