Marketing & BD Manager - Education

Morgan McKinley are working with a leading UK employer, who are looking to hire a Marketing and BD Manager to join the team on an initial 1 year fixed term contract basis.

This is an exciting, broad role collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders across marketing, sales and business development in order to drive geographic expansion and marketing strategy for the company\'s teaching and learning offering.

As Marketing and BD Manager you will;

• Assist with the development and implementation of long and short term market expansion strategies
• Execute a variety of targeted marketing campaigns in line with annual strategy
• Provide marketing insight data/recommendations to senior management
• Work in partnership with the Global Marketing Director in order to execute a successful marketing strategy
• Utilise knowledge of the Teaching sector in order to provide insight and data for market growth opportunities and subsequent marketing initiatives
• Monitor the marketing budget and spend against KPI\'s for both monthly and yearly metrics
• Conduct competitor analysis/reports

Successful candidates will have;

• Broad marketing skill set with the ability to shape marketing strategy and market expansion techniques
• Experience working within similar role as part of a service industry eg. education, healthcare, financial services
• An understanding of the education/teaching sector
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership decisions
• Experience working in a Global role generating new business leads, opportunities and partnerships

Salary up to \xc2\xa341,000 p/annum + bonus + benefits

Length of contract - 1 year FTC
