The Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

Marketing and Admission Officer

to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the Group. Working closely with the Group Head of Marketing & Admissions, this role is ideal for someone passionate about education, communications, and brand building in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement student recruitment campaigns across domestic and international markets Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials Assist in planning and delivering recruitment events Coordinate with schools across the Group to ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing metrics Liaise with external agencies, designers, and media contacts where needed Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in enrolment growth, brand management, and digital marketing. Deep understanding of UK school admissions cycles, parent decision-making journeys, and education market trends. Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (experience in education is a plus) Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns, basic SEO) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Creative thinking with a proactive and collaborative mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Enthusiasm for the education sector and a global outlook
