Our office is based on a cool farm location,
KT16 0AD
(ideally you do need to be a car driver to get to the office in Lyne, Chertsey) with a brand new gym on site that you will be able to have access to. A very relaxed and fun environment with plenty of social events including cinema trips, meals out, summer BBQ's, days out.
Key Responsibilities:
Help manage the day-to-day running of our Driving Instructor Scheme
Assist with Friend Referral Programme communications
Monitor and respond to social media messages
Manage the marketing inbox and delegate tasks to relevant team members
Provide general admin and meeting support, including agenda prep and note-taking
Support communication and coordination with external partners and suppliers
Assist in compiling marketing reports and tracking performance metrics
Maintain and update marketing documentation, files, and shared resources
Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and manage internal comms for the marketing leadership
Support in organising company events, content days, or marketing team initiatives
Jump into ad hoc projects as needed - no task is too big or small!
