Role Overview
We're looking for an Account Manager to act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, knows how to cultivate strong client relationships, and has a sharp marketing mindset--especially when it comes to social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming their go-to contact and trusted partner.
Regularly visit clients (in-person and virtually) to foster rapport, understand their goals, and ensure alignment.
Develop tailored social media and content strategies that reflect each client's brand, objectives, and target audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal creatives, strategists, and social media teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to optimise outcomes.
Present performance reports, strategic updates, and campaign concepts in a confident, client-friendly manner.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital best practices.
Key KPIs
Client Retention Rate - Percentage of clients retained over time
Client Delivery Fulfilment - Accuracy and timeliness of deliverables across all accounts
Client Satisfaction Score - Based on client feedback, surveys, and reviews
Strategic Contribution - Quality and impact of social media plans and strategic input
Internal Collaboration Effectiveness - Feedback from team members, and smoothness of project handovers
Growth of Client Accounts - Revenue and service upsells per client
Meeting Deadlines - Efficiency and punctuality in task and campaign execution
Reporting & Insights Quality - Relevance, accuracy, and clarity of performance reporting
Campaign Performance - Based on client-specific goals such as engagement, reach, conversions, etc.
Proactive Communication - Frequency and quality of updates to both clients and internal teams
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in a client-facing marketing or account management role
Proven ability to build strong, professional client relationships
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
Creative thinker with a strong eye for brand tone, identity, and storytelling
Highly organised and confident juggling multiple client accounts
Excellent communicator--both written and verbal
A collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
