You:

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking Marketing / Account Manager to join our creative team. You are highly organised with an attention to detail, able to manage different projects and deadlines at once. (Plate-spinning or juggling experience welcome). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Having worked in a creative / marketing role for at least 3-5 years, you will be 'industry aware' and have extensive knowledge of digital and print media production. Your ability to connect, engage and build relationships with different people and personalities is key to this role.

The Role:

Your role requires you to liaise directly with clients to collect both verbal and or written project briefs. Typical projects consist of short/long-term, multi-channel, marketing campaigns, through to one-off projects, such as brand identity development, advertising, videos, email marketing, social media, exhibitions, and events.

Typical work activities:

Meeting clients to discuss their business objectives and project requirements.

Interpreting client business needs and researching and developing marketing strategies and media to deliver and meet their objectives.

Creating and assisting in the preparation of written project proposals and or pitch documents.

Liaising with Studio Production to estimate the time required to complete a project(s).

Creating client project estimates, quotations and invoices in WorkflowMax.

Booking Advertising Media space with third parties.

Creating and agreeing on project critical paths/timelines in partnership with the client and project stakeholders.

Ensuring project critical paths/timelines are being adhered to, by liaising with both Studio Production and client.

Creating and developing client project design briefs and liaising with Studio Production to brief in projects and manage progress to completion.

Liaising with all suppliers for the procurement of their services, including managing all in-costs and agency mark-up.

Presenting marketing proposals, ideas and creative concepts to clients (working with the Creative Team).

Copy checking and proof-reading creative.

Using project management software tools, such as Slack and Basecamp to manage client projects and expectations.

Managing and overseeing relationships and communications between client and studio, including project(s) progress and risks and uncertainties etc.

Building client relationships and an understanding of their pressures and demands.

Actively seeking to increase the services offered and income generated (both revenue and profit) for the Agency.

Benefits:
A starting annual salary of 35,000 depending on experience with an initial probation period of three months.
