Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our electric heater batteries, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assemble products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed specifications and guidelines. Operate machinery and equipment safely, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies needed for production.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous. Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and using wiring tools, however not essential as training will be provided. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy production setting.
Experience desirable but full training will be provided.
