Manufacturing Operative

Are you a literate and numerical individual who is quality orientated, looking for a role within an organisation where the work you do will really make a difference?

We are looking for somebody able to meet KPI\xe2\x80\x99s who enjoys working in a manual and physical role to work as part of our Production Team, here at our Head Office in Huthwaite.

We would ideally like you to have a FLT Licence and an NVQ Level 2 in Process Operations.

What does the role involve?

You will:

• Accurately manufacture Dialysis solutions according to laid down training manuals/SOP\xe2\x80\x99s as specified by the production schedule.
• Dispense all raw materials, keep stock records up to date and ensure stock in rotated.
• Carry and lift goods up to 25kg.
• Ensure all documentation, checks and log books are completed thoroughly as required.
• Ensure zero errors or accidents occur and report any deviations from standard procedures.
• Liaise with the Quality Control Laboratory as to the priority of batches and release of incoming raw materials.
• Operate the Fork Lift Truck in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.

This is a full time role of 40 hours, working Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.30pm. Occasional flexibility outside of these hours and on Saturdays may be required.
