Position:

Manufacturing Operative

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of handwork tasks to assist in the production of vehicle livery graphics and signage.

Cut, trim, and prepare vinyl materials according to job specifications and design requirements.

Assist in the assembly and application of vinyl graphics onto vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Support the production team in various tasks, including laminating, weeding, and finishing.

Maintain a clean and organised workbench area, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies to enhance production processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in handwork or manufacturing environments, with a focus on attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Willingness to learn and adapt, with a positive attitude towards training and development.

Passion for craftsmanship and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Experience in vehicle livery or signage manufacturing is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right individual.
