About the Apprenticeship

As an apprentice at Power Conversion, you will join an Advanced Apprenticeship Programme in our manufacturing and engineering department. You will work closely with experienced mentors and be part of team and be working on real systems . This is an excellent opportunity to earn while attaining a recognised qualification.

Essential Responsibilities

Our apprentices follow a four-year training scheme, the first of which is spent at a college. During this year candidates can expect to gain a thorough grounding in the key areas required for a career in modern engineering.

In the following three years you will work in various manufacturing and engineering disciplines within both our manufacturing and engineering departments while we work together to tailor the ideal career path for you .

Skills & Qualifications

Successful candidates will have / be expecting a minimum of a grade 5 or above in English, Maths and either a Science or Technology based subject.
