As a Mandarin speaking Market Research and Business Development Specialist - What You\'ll be Doing Each Day:

• Responsible for gathering information and conducting comparative market analysis
• Create reports to help pricing and to identify the elements about investment projects or location
• Prepare project presentation and provide regular project training to overseas colleagues and sales channels
• Maintain information database of London market
• Maintain relationships with existing sales channels
• Assist sales channels to arranging house inspection negotiate and close deals with clients
• Responsible for the promotion of overseas property in assigned area and development of new sales channels
• Cooperate with sales channels to provide professional consulting services of overseas property for clients through exhibitions, presentations and other forms.
• Assist Sales Channels and clients up to the completion of the property purchase.
• Provide professional guidance to clients, channels and overseas colleagues on project details.
• Contribution to marketing material creation and promotional strategy

As a Mandarin speaking Market Research and Business Development Specialist - The Skills You\'ll Need to Succeed:

• Degree or above holder in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in real estate research, marketing and business development
• Excellent communication skills,
• Excellent Proficiency in Mandarin and t English, both written and verbally
• Knowledge on MS office applications
• Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
• Can accept short-term business trips
