The Digital and Innovation Team is an outcome driven team charged with identifying, designing, and implementing digital products and services to enable commercial business value across the marketing and trading value chain using innovative technologies, business models and ecosystem partnerships to uplift their bottom-line results.
PURPOSE
To Lead a team of Quantitative research and implementation Principals to develop statistical & data driven trading models and machine learning algorithms to help systematic traders make trading decisions to maximize financial results. To lead the establishment and development of a crucial capability that unlocks the next phase of commercial growth for all CMTs in AA Marketing.
Empowered to be at the forefront of Quantitative research future horizons (horizon 1-4) including emerging Data science & Artificial Intelligence advances, statistical and rule-based advances in addition to keeping a pulse on the commodity trading market advances.
Typical activities include but not limited to: Leading Quant research for AA Marketing, Establishing the Quant implementation framework for trading, work closely with all commodity marketing and trading desks, to identify, develop, build and implement models which deliver commercial performance.
