Why are we hiring?

As we continue to grow, bringing on new global clients, we are looking for a manager to join our London office. We want to strengthen our market optimization offering which focuses on \xe2\x80\x9cMarketing Effectiveness\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cMarketing Measurement\xe2\x80\x9d. We support clients with detailed recommendations that can be acted upon immediately, as well as on longer-term brand strategies, reconnecting immediate and future business impact.

Your role in the team


As a Data Science and Strategy Manager your focus will be on delivering marketing and customer analytics projects that will lead to significant, value-led transformations. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be acting as a strategic partner to our clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and offering the most effective solutions, providing impactful and useful insights to help steer their revenue or data strategies, and building long-term relationships.

Overview

• Be part of commercial activities, pitching to prospective clients
• Steer and manage large global accounts with globally recognised brands
• Manage end to end analytics projects, including, planning, design, and implementation.
• Create real valuable actionable insights for clients defining their marketing and strategic direction.
• Manage and coach a small team from 3-10 consultants.
• Be a HR mentor responsible for the growth of junior employee\xe2\x80\x99s career development.

About You

We are looking for someone who can show both advanced analytics skills and a strong interest in marketing & business strategy. Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have:

• A background in marketing effectiveness and/or econometrics.
• Degree in Data Science, Economics, Maths/Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Advertising or in a related field
• Knowledge and/or understanding of Coding languages such as Python or R.
• Understanding of media variables and prior modelling experience.
• An ability to conduct business & strategy assignments to create value and innovative customer engagements.
• A proven track record of leading global or large scale MMM or other marketing effectiveness campaigns.
• Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred and agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables),
• The capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market.
• Interest in working in a fast paced and driven environment.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting ranges from \xc2\xa370,000-90,000, with up to a 20% individual bonus and up to a \xc2\xa35,000 company bonus.
