As the
Manager, Colleague Connection Communications
, you'll play a key role in ensuring we are effectively communicating and engaging with colleagues across our international offices. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs International, you will work closely with colleagues in Europe, the US and in Australia to develop and deliver and engaging communications across multiple channels. Amongst other things, you will be responsible for creating content, managing internal campaigns, organising internal events and measuring performance.

Key Responsibilities
Drive colleague engagement
: Collaborate with stakeholders across the Fund to develop engaging internal communication strategies, whilst acting as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations on effective communications and updates.
Content Creation
: Create and edit high quality internal communications content to speak to the Fund's priorities and resonate with a wide audience.
Communication Metrics
: Define performance objectives to measure communications effectiveness, track engagement across multiple mediums, and provide regular insights.
Internal Events
: Lead and support the planning and execution of large-scale internal events.
Digital Tools and Platforms
: Oversee the utilisation of internal digital tools (intranet, Engage, Teams, etc) and drive engagement, whilst ensuring the tools are optimised and continually enhanced.
Campaign Management
: Take the lead on specific internal campaigns that promote colleague engagement and reinforce our culture.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
Demonstrable expertise in internal communications, corporate affairs, communications consultancy or marketing communications with a strong understanding of communication metrics and analytics, preferably within financial services or funds/asset management.
Expertise in creating engaging, high-impact content for a variety of communication channels.
Strong organisational and project management skills to handle complex, cross-functional internal events.
Expertise with internal communication platforms and digital tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Engage, event platforms).
Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, journalism or associated discipline.
Strong influencing skills and proven ability to manage business relationships with flexibility, innovation and diplomacy.
Strong stakeholder management skills and networking abilities.
