Job Title Manager, Business Enablement - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract



What is the opportunity?

Within this 12 month contract the Manager, Business Enablement will be responsible for driving priorities related to employee engagement, communications and marketing. You will effectively partner with the Line of Businesses and Product Groups as well as HR, Communications and Marketing to drive a consistent deployment of enablement priorities that delights employees and supports an elevated client experience

What will you do?

1. Service Delivery and Partnership

  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Drives employee experience priorities across all Lines of Business and Product groups that build culture, delight employees and encourage inclusiveness and engagement of employees.
  • Drives the implementation of employee experience execution
  • Design and oversight of new starter onboarding experience and process
  • Internal Communications: Delivers the implementation of standardised and effective business-level communication strategy, preparing and sending employee communications. Ensures alignment and collaboration with Corporate Communications
  • Advocate, communicate and educate employees on WMI strategic priorities and associated information through communications
  • Oversight and enablement of business-level Townhall delivery
  • Marketing Support: Drafts award submissions and provides oversight to end-to-end delivery of client mass mailings, ensuring alignment with Marketing brand standards.
  • Client Facing Professional Enablement / Corporate Support: Leads on a activities including product line CPD tracking, authorised signatory lists maintenance and legal entity licensing requirements
  • Project Management: Leads on business management and ad-hoc projects, usually relating to people and culture, as identified by the Team Lead, Business Enablement
2. Evolution and Thought Leadership
  • Looks within and outside RBC for best practices in driving ideas and execution of imperatives
  • Ensures imperatives maintain the link we between business strategy and outcomes
3. Talent Experience & Engagement
  • Drives a partnership focused style with Lines of Business and Product Groups
  • Uses creativity to create buzz and interest in imperatives and to engage stakeholders in a meaningful way
  • Supports the Team Lead, Business Enablement, in building next generation talent within the team

  • Experience in Financial Services or related discipline (Project Management, Communications, Marketing)
  • Agile thinking skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Competent / strong IT skills
  • Good organisational and time management
  • Good team player

  • Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent
