About the Role:

As a

Management Trainee

in our Sales & Marketing team, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with clients on various high-impact campaigns. From day one, you will be immersed in the fast-paced world of marketing and sales, gaining exposure to a diverse range of industries. Whether it's launching a new product, driving customer engagement, or managing a campaign, you'll be at the heart of the action!

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Clients:

Work directly with clients to understand their needs, and develop customized marketing strategies and sales solutions that meet their objectives.

Campaign Execution:

Assist in creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels. Analyze results and recommend improvements to ensure success.

Industry Diversity:

Gain exposure to a broad range of industries including retail, tech, healthcare, and more. No two days will be the same!

Learning & Development:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field). Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required. A passion for marketing, sales, and working with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
