The Role

A structured 12 month development programme designed to provide you with a holistic insight and practical application, into all areas of a successful hospitality business.



Working hands on across all departments you will be fully immersed into the culture and business of Rudding Park and truly experience the industry from the ground up. There are set objectives to achieve in each department and ad hoc projects during the year. You will also prepare and deliver a presentation to the Senior Management Team at Rudding Park as part of your graduation.



During the year all management trainees will be invited to attend relevant training courses as part of the programme.



Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsabilities

Completing all departmental objectives set to the required Rudding Park standard. Taking a hands on approach to all tasks set, setting an example as a management trainee to other members of the team. Fully participate and take a proactive role in all, internal and external, training courses attended. Demonstrate Rudding Park core values. Manage your own time and programme movements ensuring clear communication with all Heads of Department in a professional manner.

About You

Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for Hospitality.



Must hold a UK/EU passport and/or be eligible to work in the UK.



Previous experience in a hospitality or guest facing role would be preferred but not essential. This programme can be tailored to your current level of experience, passion and appetite to take on responsibility and ownership.



Minimum requirement A Levels or equivalent i.e. Higher Education Qualification.
