Page Personnel are very pleased to be representing a fantastic forward-thinking business based in Tattenhall to recruit a Management Accountant to act as number 2 in Finance, overseeing month end processes working in partnership with dynamic Financial Controller. This is a excellent opportunity to drive process improvements, encourage and mentor excellent accountancy staff and drive your own career forward with a supportive management structure.

As a Management Accountant your duties will include:

• Preparation on monthly management accounts
• Preparing statutory financial statements
• Overseeing budgets and forecasts
• Operation of the internal controls systems
• Preparing month MI packs
• Variance analysis
• Development of KPI\'s & driving of efficiency\'s
• Support in the preparation of stat accounts at year end
• Support with audit
• Preparing VAT returns quarterly
• Adhoc duties as required

Management Accountant |Excellent commercial role!

The successful Management Accountant will be:

• A capable and approachable Management Accountant
• PQ CIMA or ACCA
• Experience within any of the following industries preferred: Logistics/Distribution, FMCG, Agriculture,
• Friendly in their approach to management
• Comprehensive transactional finance knowledge and understanding
• Very well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident with EPR systems including Excel in order to support and build on KPI reporting initiatives
• Confident communicating with people at all levels
• Flexible in their approach to work
• Strong ability to delegate tasks and support staff remotely where required
