Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be the exclusive recruitment parter to a fast growing international business, as they looking to recruit a Management Accountant for their Sheffield site.

The role reports into the Financial Controller, and is a new role that has been created as a consequence of the growth of the business.

The role is based in Sheffield, but with hybrid working you are only required to go into the office one day each week. In addition to this, there is also a lot of flexibility with the working hours.

In this role you will be responsible for all monthly and quarterly reporting for a number of sites across the UK and Europe. This will require you to business partner with key stakeholders, and on occasion you will need to visit the sites.

Responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing financial data

• Supporting the Financial Controller in establishing, implementing and managing accounting procedures and processes

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on financial related matters

• Assisting Financial Controller to ensure compliance with all tax related issues obligations e.g. VAT, CIS and Corporation tax

• Assisting with statutory reporting

• Supporting the Financial Controller in the management of Joint Ventures and the associated statutory reporting

• Ensuring the forecasting process is robust to assist business planning and decision making

• Working with various currencies and relevant legislation related to where the entity is based

• Providing support to other Group companies as required

Key skills / qualifications:

• Fully qaulified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience

• Strong financial reporting experience
• International accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills
