Job title: Senior Management Accountant
Salary Range: \xc2\xa335,000 to \xc2\xa347,000 + bonus
Location: Redditch (hybrid working available)
Industry/ Strapline: Large Manufacturing Group

A Senior Management Accountant is required for a permanent position with a Large Manufacturing Group with a plant based in Redditch. This position offers a 4.5 day working week with up to 2 days a week working from home (1 of the days needs to be a Friday - finish at 1 pm). Reporting in to the Assistant Financial Controller, we are ideally looking for someone with relevant experience across the manufacturing and engineering sectors. We are open to considering either part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA Accountants, who have the right skills and experience to be considered.

Reporting in to the Assistant Financial Controller, the Senior Management Accountant you will be required to:

• Provide a key contribution in the preparation of management accounts
• Analyse and report product and customer profitability
• Analyse stock ageing profile and review slow moving and obsolete stock
• Budget and forecasts with specific responsibility for Sales and Materials
• Analysis and reporting of production variances, labour, machine and materials
• Working with all areas of the business to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, profitability initially through cost/profit centre reporting
• Calculation and review of standard labour and overhead recovery rates

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant based in Redditch in the Manufacturing industry. In return for your experience, the company will offer you:

• \xc2\xa335,000 to \xc2\xa347,000 salary depending on your level of experience and qualification
• 4.5 day working week
• up to 2 days a week working from home

• Standard hours are 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-1 on Fridays
