:Management Accountant (Part Qualified)
Location: Close to Castleford

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.
• Monitoring and reporting on key manufacturing KPIs and operational performance.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis.
• Partnering with operational teams to optimise cost efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring financial controls are maintained.
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive business performance.

Your Profile:

• Part qualified accountant (studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proactive mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with relevant accounting software are advantageous.
