Management Accountant

We are working with a long-established and highly regarded business in Chester. They are now looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
Main Responsibilities
- To advise stakeholders on KPI\'s and performance to enable the delivery of the plan and to review and challenge efficiency & drive margin improvement.
- To provide commercial support and challenge to the General Manager and leadership team to identify and explain business performance variances and recommendations for improvements.
- To identify risks and opportunities to enable delivery of their targets.
- To develop customer and product profitability reporting and analysis
- To support the development of a management financial capability across the operation
- To maintain the rolling forecast to support profit and loss, balance sheet & cash flow analysis.
- To liaise with internal and external auditors
- To support the Financial Controller as required through analysis and project activity.
- Management accounting experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Qualified Accountant, ideally CIMA, ACA or ACCA
