Management Accountant

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and analyzing

monthly management accounts

, delivering clear insights into business performance. Leading on

forecasting and budgeting

, helping shape the strategic direction of the business. Partnering with operational teams to drive

cost efficiencies

and

profitability improvements

. Supporting the Finance Director with

cash flow management

,

capital expenditure

, and ad hoc financial projects. Playing a pivotal role in identifying and implementing

process improvements

to support growth and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant (

CIMA/ACCA/ACA

) with

SME

or

manufacturing experience

. A strong commercial mindset and the ability to

translate numbers into actionable business insights

. Proven ability to thrive in a

dynamic, hands-on environment

. Strong Excel skills, and ideally experience of working with an ERP Ambition and drive to

grow

with the business, taking on increased responsibility over time. Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
