at one of our homes in Eastbourne. The homes specialise in person-centred care for people with learning difficulties and autism.

Who We Are Looking For:

? Support Worker

? Experience as a Support Worker in a learning disability or complex needs setting

? Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference



? Part-time could be considered for the right applicant.

About the Role:

As our Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to individuals that enjoy lots of different activities, from visiting the London Science Museum and the zoo to getting their nails done and watching horror movies. Some have a passion for sports and documentaries.



Every day is unique, filled with social events, games, and active outings. You'll share plenty of laughter and rewarding moments while supporting residents in leading independent and fulfilling lives. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in making this possible.

Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern:

40 hours

per week across 5 shifts

Rotating Monday-Sunday schedule

A mix of early and late shifts,

tailored to best support the individual's needs
