Cafe Assistant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The shop assistant is responsible for orders taking and payment handling by POS, drinks brewing, bubble waffles making, stock taking, work area routine cleaning, delivery preparation, store opening and closing. Training will be provided.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Abilities
This role must have good interpersonal and customer service skills. He/she has the knowledge and experience in food preparation, possess good customer service skills and demonstrate to comply policies to make sure food safety, hygiene, health and staff safety. He/she must have good teamwork skills and could have good relationships with other team members. Working experience in a cafe or retail would be an advantage. To be passionate about bubble tea will be most appreciated.
Experience:
Hospitality/retail/Cafe experience is an advantage
