Grounds Maintenance Worker

Job Overview:

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will be to maintain indoor and outdoor areas across all 5 of our locations. You will be involved in groundskeeping tasks to ensure the upkeep of our outdoor areas, indoor areas and general day to day maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns

- Plant and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers

- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

- Assist in repairs

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Ensure that outdoor areas are clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:

- Full Driving License Essential

- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to dig, build, and maintain outdoor spaces effectively

- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and landscape maintenance techniques

- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues

- Strong work ethic with the energy to handle physical tasks

- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
