Job Description
To be proactive about keeping the project safe, clean, tidy, warm and pleasant.
Day to day repairs
- To highlight and make good any basic repairs on the project.
- To respond and manage a list of repairs reported and recorded in a repairs book by staff and residents.
- To carry out basic maintenance duties as agreed with the manager.
- To identify any short term and long term maintenance required on site and organise the work to be completed by an approved contractor.
