The Role: Maintenance Technician

Working Hours: Temporary Monday-Friday

Contract Length: 1 week

Rate of Pay: \xc2\xa319.00 p/hr

Location: Bath

• Working as part of the dedicated on-site team to make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home

• You will be ensuring that the location remains safe and always looking its best, by providing a high standard of repair and maintenance service

• Undertake repair and maintenance tasks to a high quality including plumbing; joinery and carpentry; painting/decorating; replacement of lighting lamps/tubes and required statutory testing

• Running weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting checks

• Logging maintenance requests, H&S hazards and stock requests as required

What are we looking for?

• People who are dedicated to working safely, and to the highest possible standard at all times

• Experience in undertaking repairs and maintenance in a residential environment or experience in any of the following trades: building, plumbing or carpentry

• Able to work in a safe and compliant manner

• Flexible and able to work shifts between Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays

• Always willing to go above and beyond to solve a problem
