Thistle Kensington Gardens is located near Queensway, within walking distance of Hyde Park and the West End of London. The hotel has recently been refurbished and has 175 bedrooms, including Executive rooms with fabulous views over the park, and three meeting rooms.

The Role

Our Hotel Maintenance Team Members are dedicated professionals who enjoy working on their own initiative, demonstrate a flexible approach and can multi-task. Most importantly they do all this with a positive \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude and a relentless drive for excellence.

What we look for

Basic skills in electrics, carpentry, plumbing are required

Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress

Comfortable in a front line role facing the public

Empathetic and able to build relationships

An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions

Accurate with good attention to detail Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Previous experience in a fast paced service environment
