## Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Elder Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care for elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess strong supervisory skills to ensure the well-being of our residents.
## Duties
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking for elderly residents
- Oversee food production and kitchen operations
- Manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional service
- Provide hands-on help and support to residents with daily activities
- Demonstrate leadership in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
## Experience
- Previous experience in culinary or food preparation roles is desirable
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of elder care practices and procedures
- Strong organisational skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 11.44-12.00 per hour
